These Terms govern your use of the Deeyam marketplace platform operated by Asimovx Technologies AB.
This document is a formal contractual draft prepared for review by qualified Swedish legal counsel (advokat / jurist).
1.1. Operator: The platform is operated by Asimovx Technologies AB, registered in Sweden under corporate identity number 559000-0000, with registered address at Stockholm, Sweden and contact email support@deeyam.com ("Deeyam", "we", or "us").
1.2. Marketplace Intermediary: Deeyam operates an online intermediary marketplace connecting independent service providers ("Experts") with clients ("Customers" or "you") seeking live 1:1 consultations ("Sessions").
1.3. Legal Seller: The legal contract for the provision of the Session is formed directly between you and the Expert. Deeyam acts solely as an intermediary technology platform.
1.4. Prohibited Regulated Services: Deeyam strictly prohibits unauthorized medical, clinical therapeutic, psychiatric, exam cheating, and illicit services. See our full Prohibited Services Policy for complete details and category restrictions.
2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to create an account or make a Booking.
2.2. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.1. When you select an Expert, pick a time slot, and complete checkout, you place a Booking.
3.2. A legally binding contract between you and the Expert is formed once payment is confirmed and an automated booking confirmation email is delivered to you.
4.1. Prices are set independently by each Expert and include applicable VAT for EU consumers.
4.2. Customer payments are collected securely at checkout via Stripe Connect. Deeyam retains a facilitator Platform Fee of 10%.
4.3. Funds are held in escrow-like payment flows until 3 days after session completion before release to the Expert.
5.1. Sessions take place live via Google Meet or a secure video conferencing link for a standard duration of 60 minutes.
5.2. No Recording: Neither party may record, screen-capture, or distribute any part of a Session without prior written consent.
6.1. Free Cancellation: You receive a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
6.2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before start time are non-refundable.
6.3. Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 12 hours before start time, limited to 2 times per booking.
6.4. Expert Cancellation: If an Expert cancels, you receive a full 100% refund immediately.
7.1. Under Swedish and EU law (Lag 2005:59), consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.
7.2. If you schedule a Session within the 14-day window, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is fully lost once the Session has concluded.
8.1. Expert No-Show: If the Expert fails to join within 10 minutes, you receive a 100% refund.
8.2. Customer No-Show: If you fail to join within 10 minutes, no refund is granted.
9.1. For unresolved disputes, Swedish consumers may submit claims to the National Board for Consumer Disputes:

Strict ban on adult/erotic services, harassment, fraud, off-platform payments, and regulated medical/legal advice.
Only Customers who completed a session can post verified reviews. Fake, incentivized, or self-reviews are strictly prohibited.
Search ranking is deterministic based on keyword relevance, calendar availability, reviews, and price. Promoted listings are clearly labelled.
Deeyam facilitates marketplace technology. Mandatory consumer protections under Swedish law remain unaffected.
All platform trademarks and design belong to Deeyam. Session discussions remain private and confidential.

Deeyam may suspend accounts for material breach, providing a statement of reasons and an appeal process.
Governed by the laws of Sweden. EU consumers retain access to their local mandatory courts.
